Old Bethpage Elementary Students Explore Yoga Through Yogi Beans Program

Students at Old Bethpage recently had an exciting opportunity to participate in the Yogi Beans program, an engaging way to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

Students at Old Bethpage recently had an exciting opportunity to participate in the Yogi Beans program, an engaging way to build strength, flexibility and mindfulness. During the interactive session, students practiced calming breathing techniques and playful yoga poses that promote relaxation and focus.

Beyond the physical benefits, yoga supports mental well-being by helping students manage stress, improve concentration and develop a sense of calm. A special thank you to the Old Bethpage PTA for sponsoring this experience.
